Jessica DuLaney offers 9 years of experience as a full time, dedicated residential real estate agent serving the Baltimore/Annapolis area. Jessica has personally facilitated the sale of over 460 properties for both buyers and sellers, amassing an impressive sales volume of over $160 million. She started her real estate career at Re/Max in 2016 then decided to join The W Home Group of Next Step Realty in January 2019. The W Home Group is Maryland's #1 producing team in Maryland based on sales volume. She has been the highest producing agent based on sales volume on The W Home Group since joining. Jessica is consistently featured in the Top 500 Agents for Baltimore Real Producers magazine and had a full spread in the 30 Under 30 Real Estate Professionals in Baltimore Real Producers magazine in 2020. Back in 2019, Jessica was featured in Baltimore Real Producers magazine for Rising Star and awarded Rising Star of the Year at the Baltimore Real Producers annual gala. In 2024, she was the May cover feature for Baltimore Real Producers magazine and nominated for 'Team Player' award for 2024 summer soriee event.

Jessica currently resides in Annapolis but lived in Catonsville majority of her life, and Canton in the Baltimore City for 5 years so she focuses much of her efforts in those areas. In her spare time, she spends time with her husband and 2 children. Jessica is a Virginia Tech graduate where she played 4 years of Division1 lacrosse and Durham University (English) graduate program also playing lacrosse across England. She has traveled 21 countries and counting - with her highlight being a 3 month backpacking trip to New Zealand. Researching and creating itineraries for traveling is her hobby. Always planning the next adventure while helping others with their home buying/selling adventure!
